Lamentations 3:22-33 says, “His mercy is new every morning…” I know that according to this promise I will not run out of God’s mercy. The way he looks at me will always be the way a loving father views his child. Despite my weaknesses and bad behavior at times, God will act according to his promise. He will give me the goodness I do not deserve, instead of the judgment that I often deserve, because his mercy and tolerance for me never ends. It is renewed every morning.
